Honoring lives with dignity and grace
At Heart of Passage, I walk alongside individuals and families navigating serious illness and end-of-life. My role is to provide compassionate presence, practical guidance, and emotional support so that your wishes are honored and your journey is met with dignity and care.
As an INELDA-trained death doula, I walk alongside individuals and families through life’s final chapter. My work with Heart of Passage is rooted in compassion, presence, and honoring each person’s unique wishes.
Because I understand that every person’s journey is unique, I offer support that honors your wishes, values, and needs. Whether through legacy projects, vigil planning, emotional support, or guidance for family and caregivers, my role is to help you create a meaningful experience that reflects the life and spirit of you or your loved one
I am committed to providing compassionate care and presence to every individual and family I serve. I understand that this is a tender and challenging time, and I am here to offer the support and guidance you need as you navigate the end-of-life journey.
Providing presence, deep listening, and comfort for individuals and families. This may include sitting at the bedside, sharing conversation, or simply holding space in silence.
Helping you reflect on your life story, capture meaningful memories, and create legacy projects—such as letters, recordings, scrapbooks, or keepsakes—that honor your values and experiences.
Supporting you in exploring and clarifying your wishes for care, including advance directives, POLST forms, and conversations with loved ones and your medical team.
Offering guidance, respite, and compassionate presence for those caring for someone nearing end of life. This may include facilitating conversations, easing tensions, or simply being an anchor in a difficult time.
Helping you and your family prepare for the final days and hours by creating a plan that reflects your values, comforts, and spiritual or cultural traditions. I can be present at the bedside to provide calm support and continuity for everyone involved.
Holding space for anticipatory grief as well as support in the days and weeks following a death. This may include compassionate listening, rituals of remembrance, or guidance in accessing ongoing grief resources.
Every journey is unique. If you feel drawn to this work, I invite you to get in touch and explore how I may support you
